We are seeking a Global Brand Manager to lead our toy brand strategy and consumer marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in shaping the identity of our toy brands, driving consumer demand, and ensuring our toys bring value through the play experience.
Global Brand & Product Development
- Manage the lifecycle of toy brands, from concept development to product launch and post-launch analysis.
- Conduct regular category & competitive research Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Maintain critical documents/databases like line plans, price lists, sell sheets & brand presentations with the latest and most accurate information
- Monitor and manage brand P&L to ensure product line meets profitability goals
Consumer Marketing
- Design and implement marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage our target audience.
- Work closely with agency partners to ensure marketing plans are executed on time, on brand, and in full.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional events.
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer feedback to optimize product & marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Toy brand management, both from a product development & consumer marketing perspective.
- Must be comfortable presenting with confidence to external partners, including retail buyers
- Solid understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the toy industry
- Ability to read and analyze Circana & retail POS.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
