Goliath is seeking a motivated and creative Associate Brand Manager to support our brand strategy and consumer marketing initiatives in toys. This role is essential in assisting the Brand Manager in maintaining and enhancing the presence of our brands, driving sales, and ensuring our toys bring value through play.
Support Brand Management
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies across product, branding and packaging
- Help manage the lifecycle of toy brands, including concept development, product launches, and post-launch analysis.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Maintain key documents/databases like line plans, price lists, sell sheets & presentations accurately and on time.
Consumer Marketing
- Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage our target audience.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional events.
- Help analyze campaign performance and consumer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in brand management within the toy industry or kids & family entertainment sectors.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
