• Design the user experience from an economic perspective, using data to predict player behavior.
• Price and manage the game's virtual currencies
• Build simulations and predictive models to forecast the impact of content changes
• Collaborate with product teams to design and balance new features, ensuring they align with the game's economic goals
• Monitor individual and macro player balances to ensure the overall health of the game's economy
• Analyze large, complex data sets to guide strategic and operational business decisions

• You hold a BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• You have a strong analytical and problem solving skills, with keen attention to details
• You excel at communicating complex concepts and turning them into actionable insights
• You have a true passion for understanding social gaming behavior and can tolerate ambiguity
• You have advanced Excel proficiency and can build complex, dynamic models that supports players' segmentation and multiple game features

• A strong interest in gaming
• Previous analytical experience
• Experience with statistical tools and models (R, SAS, Python)
• Strong SQL skills for querying large, complex datasets
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and Looker
