The Game Design department is responsible for forming the concepts of in-game features, creating game balance and events, as well as interfaces and documentation. When working on new features, our specialists are guided by game performance and feedback from players. Game Designers have access to analytics and detailed reports to help plan their work and evaluate its efficiency.
We are looking for a talented Game Designer to join the team of over 40 specialists which develops new features for RAID: Shadow Legends and improves the existing ones. The successful applicant will be managing all stages of feature creation.
Working on a project with over 1 million DAU
Designing new game mechanics and systems
Developing feature balance
Improving game mechanics and its components based on the analytical data of the project and personal game design experience
Conducting feature playtests and analyzing the gathered data
Creating and maintaining game design and feature balance documentation
Collaborating with UI/UX, LiveOps, and Analytics teams when developing game features
Communicating with development teams when creating and improving game features
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Experience describing requirements for new features in GDD format
Understanding of the system design principles
Knowledge of design thinking processes
Experience creating game balance in Google Sheets
Ability to use analytical data when making design-related decisions
Familiarity with basic mobile game KPIs
English language skills at the Intermediate level or higher
Experience creating in-game economies
RPG, JRPG, and MMORPG gaming experience
Experience working with mobile games
Experience working with Confluence or similar feature documentation systems
Understanding of the core principles of UX
Higher education in a technical field
