Job Summary

Job Description

As a Founders Associate at welevel, you'll work closely with the founding team, supporting key projects, operations, and strategic initiatives to drive company growth. Responsibilities include assisting in business operations, strategy, and process optimization; conducting market research and supporting decision-making; managing special projects and cross-functional initiatives; and supporting seed rounds, investor relations, and financial planning. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, fluency in German and English, and existing residency in the Munich metropolitan area. Your Role

As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with the founding team, supporting key projects, operations, and strategic initiatives to drive company growth.

Responsibilities

Assist in business operations, strategy, and process optimization
Conduct market research and support decision-making
Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Support seed rounds, investor relations, and financial planning

Requirements

2+ years experience in startups, or business development.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in German and English.
Already living in the Munich metropolitan area.
