• Issue e-invoice and the VAT invoice to oversea clients and Chinese clients from ERP system;
• Settle the collection against the invoice;
• Send Due/Overdue reminder to Clients;
• Communicate with sales team, production team and clients for any contract change or invoice, collections, etc;
• Update AR related reports and status;
• Other ad hoc job assigned by line manager;

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant;
• Excellent English;
• Advanced MS excel skills;
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is preferred;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
