Enphase Energy seeks an Electrical Lab Engineer to support senior engineers in compliance testing. Responsibilities include setting up test racks, modifying electromechanical systems, facilitating compliance testing (thermal, mechanical), acquiring and maintaining test equipment (power meters, oscilloscopes, etc.), and ensuring smooth lab operations. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, strong electronics/electrical knowledge, lab experience, excellent planning skills, and familiarity with relevant regulations. Experience in an ISO 17025 accredited environment is a plus. This role is on-site and not eligible for relocation.

What you will do:

• Supports Senior Compliance Engineers through related engineering activities such as, setting up test racks, modification, fabrication, and assembly of electro mechanical systems.
• Facilitate compliance testing e.g. Thermal testing, Mechanical testing, etc. by building test jigs, test racks, etc.
• Assists in the acquisition, construction, test, and check-out of test equipment.
• Uses manufacturing, test, development, or diagnostic equipment, including but not limited to, power meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus.
• Looks after and precisely plan equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the electrical laboratory by fulfilling the above tasks

Who you are and what you bring:

• Bachelor or Certification in Electronics, Computer Science or other relevant education and experience
• Good knowledge of Electronics and Electrical Engineering principles
• Experience working in Electronics or Electrical laboratories.
• Excellent planning and multitasking skills.
• Working knowledge of National and International regulations is a plus.
• Experience working in an ISO 17025 accredited environment is an advantage.
