Job Details

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Director of Growth to join our Marketing team in our office in Leamington Spa.
As the Director of Growth, you will be responsible for providing direct management and visionary leadership for all of Kwalee’s mobile marketing teams across Growth, User Acquisition, Product Marketing and Ad Creative. You will have the central responsibility for the marketing success of our mobile games, ensuring we are spending profitably and maximising the organic potential of our games.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing and creative professionals, fostering growth and accountability.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, guide strategic investments, and foster partnerships to expand market reach and drive user acquisition.
- Oversee data-driven user acquisition initiatives, optimising campaigns and monetisation strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends to guide creative development and proactively enhance game KPIs.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Represent the company at industry events to gauge market conditions and learn new methods.
- Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and alignment with organisational goals.
- Drive innovation through a culture of testing new methods, channels, and technologies.
- Undertake additional strategic responsibilities and special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements
- Experienced professional with a proven track record in similar roles across multiple gaming companies.
- Proven ability to manage large and complex teams, with experience leading teams of 70+ people.
- Experience in hyper-casual, hybrid, or casual game development.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Based in our office in Leamington Spa, following our hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site.
