Job Description
Game District is an emerging Mobile Games Leader with 1 billion+ Games Downloads and is trusted by the biggest companies like NFL, Hobbits, LEGO, and Outfit7.
We are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager who can be a part of the Game District Family.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities will include:

Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan
Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs
Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity
Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
Develop test and learn initiatives across Paid Social
Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently
Create and manage Google Ad campaigns
Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

You have solid campaign and channel analysis and reporting expertise, including Google Analytics experience.
Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
Skills in search platforms including; Google AdWords
3+ years of experience
You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
