Job responsibilities:

Lead the development of creative strategies for marketing automation and omnichannel personalized campaigns.
Generate captivating communication ideas tailored for various channels, encompassing emails, landing pages, banners, Whatsapp creatives, and other creative elements.
Create innovative and personalized customer experiences using dynamic content and targeted messaging across multiple touchpoints.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, verbal identity, and tone of voice throughout all marketing automation campaigns.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and creative writing, proposing fresh ideas to enhance campaign performance.
Manage the Creative team, offering creative direction and guidance to a team of copywriters, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality assets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to oversee project timelines and maintain delivery standards.
Continuously assess and improve the creative process, tools, and workflows to boost efficiency and productivity.
Mentor and inspire team members, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Lead multiple projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines.
