This internship focuses on digital content creation and e-commerce operations. Responsibilities include sales planning, inventory management, collaborating with various teams (US E-commerce, APAC, Supply Chain, etc.), analyzing customer needs, planning e-commerce features for a positive customer experience, reporting on e-commerce success metrics, managing stock replenishment, handling returns and damaged goods, collaborating with cross-functional teams, assisting with customer service, planning quarterly promotional events, analyzing release readiness, and maintaining vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be fluent in English and Chinese.
