Profile
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data science or a similar role.
- Proficiency in building and deploying machine learning models, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation.
- Strong expertise in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Experience with GCP services, particularly BigQuery, Dataflow, Vertex AI, and Cloud Storage.
- Experience developing Generative AI solutions is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment
- Interest in customer-oriented data science like churn prediction, lead scoring, and recommended systems.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies and continuously improve our data science practices.
- Optimize the churn project and enhance model performance.
- Expand the lead scoring system to include additional regions and different types of leads, improving performance and incorporating new functionalities.
- Be available to take on incoming machine learning requests as needed.
