We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. The Customer Solutions Engineering team is responsible for developing innovative, cutting-edge solutions to the business problems faced by the world’s largest advertisers. We work as a critical technical partner for our sales teams where you will develop answers to questions most don’t even know to ask. Your solutions will take many forms, from prototypes and demos to education - all with the technology resources of Google to back it up.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consulting services and guidance around Google APIs and Cloud platforms to help clients develop cutting-edge applications across products.
  • Work closely with customers to understand underlying business challenges.
  • Cultivate relationships with the Sales team and customers, then leverage these relationships to identify and develop innovative technical solutions that lead to more advertising business.
  • Propose, design, create and present prototypes, demos and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from Engineers to Marketing professionals, also leverage Google’s Cloud infrastructure and big data analytics systems to achieve your goals.
  • Work across Sales, Support, and Product teams to provide innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
