Customer Experience Specialist, Home Delivery

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering vehicles directly to customers' homes or workplaces. This role ensures a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up. Responsibilities include professional vehicle handover, explaining vehicle features and benefits, addressing customer questions and concerns, managing delivery schedules and logistics, acting as a point of contact for other specialists, and providing feedback to improve processes. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings. This part-time role offers the opportunity to transition to full-time employment.
