Job Description
This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer queries for Paytm First Games, a leading online gaming platform. Responsibilities include providing prompt resolutions to customer issues via calls and emails, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with the internal team to resolve problems. Strong problem-solving skills, independent work ability, adherence to quality standards, and maintaining high customer satisfaction are crucial. The position demands excellent English communication, calmness under pressure, empathy, and the ability to work a rotational 6-day shift. Immediate joiners are preferred. The role contributes to improving average revenue per user and supports cross-selling opportunities.
