Job Description

Aristocrat Interactive seeks a highly motivated CRM Coordinator to manage CRM projects and marketing activities. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, compiling reports on CRM stats (deliverability, open/click rates), optimizing customer journeys, utilizing customer list management for A/B testing and segmentation, building CRM email templates and marketing materials, and implementing automated CRM programs. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with HTML, Excel, and ideally WordPress and Canva, is preferred. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Must have:

Manage CRM projects & marketing activities
Monitor campaign performance & reporting
Optimize customer journeys & experience
A/B testing & segmentation expertise
HTML editing & Excel proficiency

Good to have:

WordPress & Canva experience
BA/BSc in Marketing

Aristocrat Interactive is looking for a highly motivated CRM Coordinator.

What You'll Do

· Manage execution of all CRM projects and marketing activities.
· Performing end-to-end monitoring of campaign execution & performance.
· Compiling and presenting reports on CRM stats – deliverability, open and click rates etc.
· Optimizing customer promotional journeys and experience.
· Utilize customer list management skills for A/B testing and segmentation to discover best practices within each customer segment
· Build & Create CRM email templates and marketing materials.
· Implementing of automated CRM programs for agreed campaigns.
· Aspire Global employees are adequately trained in Responsible Gambling in order to protect customers from harm following the relevant licensing objectives.

What We're Looking For

· Good written and verbal English.
· BA/BSc. in Marketing or equivalent – an advantage.
· Experience in editing HTML as well as being competent in Excel.
· Excellent project management, time management and problem-solving skills.
· High attention to details and ability to effectively plan work tasks to meet deadlines. Strong initiative.
· You are responsible, detail oriented, well organized and independent, whilst also being able to learn quickly.
· Strong problem- solving capabilities with ability to see the big picture while maintaining high attention to detail.
· Experience with WordPress for website updates and management – an advantage.
· Proficiency in Canva for design and content creation – an advantage.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
· You are a multi-tasking master, possess great interpersonal skills & are a team player!
