The Creator Program Manager will support multiple influencer marketing campaigns and maintain a healthy creator community for a major video game company. Responsibilities include running campaigns from contract signing to reporting, building creator relationships, running community events, onboarding new creators, using Gamesight's platform, communicating across various platforms, recruiting and mobilizing creators, reviewing applications, providing creator support, managing communications, distributing assets, creating social posts, collaborating with internal teams, ensuring high-quality results, and understanding content styles and influencer marketing economics. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, the customer's team, and data analysts.

We do this by empowering game publishers with data so they can better understand their community, players, and game performance. We specialize in Measurement & Attribution, Influencer Activations, Creator Programs, and Creator-Led Playtests, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each game at every stage of its lifecycle.

About this Role

Creator Program Managers aren’t afraid to jump into the fray and make things happen. We are looking for doers! You will support the entire process of running multiple influencer marketing campaigns and help maintain a healthy creator community for a well-known and wide-ranging video game company. You will work with our creator programs team to execute everything from the moment each campaign contract is signed until the moment we hand our customer a beautiful report showing them the amazing work you did. You will build relationships with creators, answer questions, run community events, and onboard new creators to the program. You’ll be using our proprietary Gamesight platform, which includes all the tools necessary to run campaigns at scale. While these tools will help you, creator program coordination is not for the faint of heart. You’ll communicate with creators and representatives for this game across email, Discord, Slack, and many other platforms.

Ultimately, you’ll work with content creators on Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and more to help spread the word about this game's impressive features and updates and drive revenue and viewership for our customer.

What you'll do:

  • Help our Creator Program Operations Manager continue to grow a vibrant creator community.
  • Cover the EU time zone and be available for creators in Discord.
  • Run activations and campaigns from start to finish, including choosing the right creators for the activation and backing your choices up with data.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the content creator community and make recommendations on strategy based on your knowledge.
  • Work with the Creator Program Operations Manager and other CPMs to brainstorm creative ideas for program events and activations.
  • Recruit and mobilize creators to promote our customer’s games.
  • Thoroughly review and vet creator applications and targets.
  • Answer questions and start conversations with creators, providing excellent creator support and driving engagement.
  • Build, own, and organize communications & relations with our network of influencers and provide coverage for other program managers outside of their time zones.
  • Distribute game keys & marketing assets to creators and create social posts that match the customer’s branding and voice, all while keeping your eye on approaching deadlines.
  • Work with the rest of the Gamesight team to keep them informed of campaign progress and roadblocks.
  • Ensure we are delivering high-quality content and results that meet our customer’s goals.
  • Learn different content styles on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch, including the economics of influencer marketing.

Who you'll work with:

  • You’ll work alongside our Creator Programs and Influencer Campaigns teams and additional supporting staff to plan and execute campaigns and events.
  • You’ll work directly with the customer’s team, attending regular sync calls, communicating daily, and staying up to date on everything coming down the pipeline.
  • You’ll stay in close contact with your Account Executive, relaying important information and milestones to ensure account support.
  • You’ll work closely with our Data Analysts to generate comprehensive talent discoveries, post-campaign, and quarterly reporting for our customers.
  • Expect to sit with our Developers, Marketing team, and Solutions Engineers to help you understand and improve the product. You might work directly with those folks to develop collateral material or create automation.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with and passion for games and the creator communities surrounding them. 🎮
  • Previous experience in campaign management, creative activations, and/or influencer marketing. 📑
  • The ability to speak, understand, and translate English and Spanish at a business level.
  • Deep understanding of the Twitch/Twitter/YouTube/TikTok gaming space, their trends, and their influencers. 🧠
  • Excellent interpersonal, emailing, writing, and speaking skills. 📝
  • Ready to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 🚤
  • Willing to set boundaries. It can be easy to overwork when working on campaigns, especially remotely. You need to be willing to set realistic deadlines & expectations with our customers and stop working when the day is done, with very few exceptions. ⛔
  • Exceptional organizational skills to ensure each campaign runs smoothly, on schedule, and hits all the key beats. 🤓
  • You are eager to learn. As a pioneer in a new space, there are still uncharted territories to be explored. You have a hunger for learning and an interest in being the best at what you do. 📚

Nice to haves:

  • Active social media presence - hopefully, you already use Discord and have your own Twitch account.
  • Familiarity with using data and technology to create innovative brand experiences.
  • Fluent in more than two (2) languages.

Success in 30 days:

  • You are aware of Gamesight policies, guidelines, teams, and roles.
  • You are aware of our customer’s goals, and values, and how to align our program with their needs.
  • You can access all tools and resources required for you to be effective – you also understand how to use these tools within Gamesight’s processes.
  • You understand Gamesight’s methodology and approach to influencer campaigns, creator programs, and community-building.
  • You understand the console, its capabilities (regarding influencer campaigns), and how to execute campaigns via the Gamesight dashboard.
  • Understand and identify what constitutes a "successful" campaign.
  • You successfully run (project manage from discovery to end-of-campaign reporting) 1 or more influencer campaigns from start to finish, following the correct procedures.
  • You thoroughly understand our vetting process and guidelines.
  • You are confident in and aligned with our standards for creator communication.
