The Senior Analyst - Global Business Operations role is within InMobi's Demand Ops unit. Responsibilities include executing campaign operational tasks across multiple Demand Side Platforms, generating and interpreting campaign reports, preparing/updating SOP documents, analyzing regional campaign performance, and executing optimization requests. The role requires working across internal teams, resolving queries, presenting ideas, driving team projects, and participating in process improvements. The analyst will manage client expectations, assist in training, own regional tasks, and be a point of contact for account nuances. This position demands excellent communication, analytical, and data handling skills, along with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and databases. A good understanding of the online advertising industry and ecosystem is essential.

Brief Description: 
 
This is a requirement for Demand Ops unit within Global Business Operations team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Execution of all campaign related operational tasks across multiple Demand Side Platforms. 
  • Generate and interpret campaign reports that will yield competitive insights for our clients. 
  • Prepare/update SOP documents to assigned reports - Assisting with documenting internal procedures, policies, and tutorials regarding campaign delivery & set up, reporting procedures and targeting 
  • Work on third party tools to generate reports for internal consumption 
  • Analyse regional campaign performance & execute optimisation requests  
  • Prepare/update SOP documents to assigned reports & routinely document internal procedures for future reference & training purposes 
  • Work across various internal teams to resolve queries & ensure smooth delivery of tasks 
  • Present ideas/ thoughts clearly through presentations, or anything else that is required to successfully pitch the impact created by projects owned by you  
  • Learn & build on multiple skill sets as part of problem solving, while interacting with different pockets of leadership in the organization 
  • Drive team projects reporting & metric development, partnering with functional heads 
  • Actively involve in process improvement initiatives engaging in project planning & execution 
  • Manage expectations of client on campaign delivery & tracking through direct interactions 
  • Assist Team Leads in internal trainings of new joiners.  
  • Ownership of tasks from the assigned region and be the POC for all accounts related nuances.  

 

 

Requirement: 

  • MBA/ equivalent degree from reputed institute with 3-4 years work experience 
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills  
  • Good understanding of online advertising industry and ecosystem  
  • Good Analytical and Data handling skills  
  • Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, database, scheduling and reporting 
  • Moderate understanding of HTML & JavaScript 
  • Results-driven professional with a passion for performance and desire to stay on top of industry and technical trends 
  • Quick learner, consistent in accuracy and possess the ability to handle and sustain high volumes  
  • Highly self-motivated team player 
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team  
  • As part of the team, foster cohesion, demonstrate appreciation & exhibit equal participation to achieve team’s objectives  
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly  
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiples tasks under pressure  
  • Flexible to work in shifts
