Job Description

Playrix is seeking a Creative Producer to drive its creative strategy and create world-class ads. You'll develop and implement a creative strategy, generate and adapt ideas, control production cycles, analyze market signals, and interpret results. Experience in creative product strategy, video ad production, performance marketing, and mobile games is essential.

Talented experts work on our products in every area. Our Creatives Team is a driver of the most successful adds shown to billions of people all over the world.

We're looking for a Creatives Producer who will be responsible for our creatives strategy and create world-class adds hits.

Tasks

develop and implement a creative strategy for our products
generate and adapt best ideas for creatives
control key points for creative production cycle
search and interpretation of market signals
analyze the results of launched creatives

Requirements

experience in developing creative product strategy
understanding of the cycle of video ad production: from idea generation to final rendering and voice acting
understanding of the specifics of performance marketing
knowledge of trends in mobile games and the mobile advertising market
fluency in Russian

Preferred

understanding of game mechanics and motivations
portfolio of creatives or released games
