Sinch seeks a Content Marketing Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for its SaaS platform, Sinch Engage. This role involves creating engaging content (customer stories, articles, videos, etc.) to support demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer retention. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing content for SEO, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of B2B content marketing experience in SaaS, exceptional writing skills, and a proven track record of creating high-impact content with measurable results. Experience in video/audio production and strong analytical abilities are crucial.

Description

Sinch is looking for Content Marketing Manager that will lead the charge in crafting and evolving a comprehensive content strategy for our SaaS platform, Sinch Engage. From compelling customer stories to industry-leading articles, you'll create high-impact content that resonates with our audience and supports demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Sinch's business goals, ensuring every piece of content supports audience engagement, lead generation, and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate across teams—including marketing, sales, partnerships, product, and customer success—to align on key themes, insights, and deliverables.
  • Identify and lead the creation of high-visibility content, including customer stories, articles, videos, webinars, podcasts, and email campaigns, ensuring relevance to market trends and audience needs.
  • Source and synthesize audience insights, market research, and industry trends to inform content direction.
  • Become an expert in Sinch's SaaS product, customers, and industry to craft content that addresses customer challenges and builds brand advocacy.
  • ·Optimize content for SEO, keeping owned media fresh, relevant, and impactful.
  • Review and edit content from third-party agencies and other internal teams, ensuring high editorial standards and creative excellence.
  • Repurpose and refresh global content for local markets, tailoring it to fit regional audiences and distribution channels.
  • Work closely with legal and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Track, report, and analyze content performance metrics to demonstrate impact and inform future strategies.
  • Maintain organized workflows for all assigned projects, using shared tracking systems and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of the marketing funnel and the strategic role content plays at each stage.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within SaaS.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging, actionable content.
  • A proven track record of creating high-impact content, such as case studies, blogs, videos, and email campaigns, with measurable results.
  • Experience in video/audio content production and a strong grasp of managing production workflows.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time-management skills to balance competing priorities.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends, assess performance, and justify trade-offs using data.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search, social, email, and CMS platforms.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally, managing multiple stakeholders.
  • A genuine curiosity and eagerness to become a Sinch expert, understanding our products, solutions, and customers in depth.

The annual starting salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until 1/30/25 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
