Job Description

Luxoft is seeking a Senior CCPLEX QNX Architect for an ADAS Domain Controller project. Responsibilities include CCPLEX architecture design, QNX and AUTOSAR expertise, system profiling and tuning, AUTOSAR Adaptive stack integration, software module configuration, collaboration with engineering teams, integration testing, toolchain management (QNX Momentics IDE), and documentation. The project involves working on a next-generation platform based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, and QNX, interacting with various sensors. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative spirit, and experience with YOCTO build system, software branching/merging, and system profiling.

Must have:

6-8 years experience
5+ years QNX & POSIX integration
3+ years system profiling
3+ years AUTOSAR Adaptive
Excellent problem-solving skills
Expert in software branching

Good to have:

Project description

Luxoft is working on ADAS Domain Controller project for a prestigious OEM, working closely with the OEM teams to deliver next-generation Platform solution based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive and QNX working together as a system interacting with a host of cameras, ultrasound sensors, internal and external Radars.

At Luxoft we are looking for experienced team members who deliver quality and expert support by being involved in AUTOSAR Classic Platform Configuration, Integration and Release Management willing to take full responsibility for the deliverable and willing to support our customer in the development of the next generation system.

The ideal candidate needs to have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver, never give up attitude and self-starter who can think of out-of-box solution. The successful candidate will be a team player, display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to Client's changing needs.

Responsibilities

QNX, AUTOSAR topics present

CCPLEX Architecture knowledge

Profiling and tuning of QNX experience

Support in migration/integration of Autosar Adaptive Stack: Integrate software components and modules within an AUTOSAR architecture, following the AUTOSAR standard and guidelines

Configure and adapt software modules to meet system requirements

Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with software developers, system engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of OS with middleware components aligns with system requirements

Participate in design reviews and provide technical input

Integration Testing: Develop and execute integration test cases to verify the functionality and compatibility of integrated OS

Identify and troubleshoot integration issues, and work with development teams to resolve them

Toolchain Management: Work with QNX Momentics IDE tools to customize the OS for custom ECU HW

Ensure the correct usage and configuration of these tools for efficient integration and validation

Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documentation related to software integration, including integration plans, test plans, and integration reports

Document issues, resolutions, and lessons learned for future reference

Skills

Must have

Engineering in Computer, Electronics, or equivalent with 6 to 8 years of experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product or SW development

Minimum 5+ years of QNX and POSIX integration experience with usage of YOCTO build system

Excellent problem-solving skills

Expert on software branching and merging strategies

3+ years of experience in system profiling on boot-up sequence and resource usage

3+ years of experience in Autosar Adaptive and resource profiling and optimizations

Nice to have

Have interest and experience in ADAS topics

Have an open multi-brand and multi-cultural mindset

Have good communication skills

Have the ability to drive for results and take own initiatives and drive certain actions on your own leadership and empowerment

Have excellent prioritization skills and ability to eliminate roadblocks

Be business and customer-oriented

Have an inspiring leadership and find it rewarding to manage co-workers to perform their best in a successful working climate
