We’re looking for a Campaign Manager for a contract position with one of our retail clients in Hoboken, NJ. This is a 3+ month hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days onsite weekly, with a competitive pay range of $48.00-$54.00/hour and the potential for extension.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker with hands-on campaign management experience to make an impact. You’ll play both a strategic and tactical role, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop campaign insights, optimize performance, and share key results with stakeholders. Your expertise in digital media, campaign management, and client relationship building will drive successful outcomes in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic insights to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Plan, execute, and optimize both managed and self-service campaigns
- Define and measure campaign metrics using internal analytics tools
- Maintain organized campaign materials in the team’s shared repository
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams through excellent client service
- Lead the QA process to ensure accurate campaign setup, pacing, and performance
- Oversee the delivery of creative assets and campaign documentation for launches
- Provide clients with regular performance insights, optimization suggestions, and new opportunities
- Participate in client meetings as needed to support campaign initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations
- Client-facing experience with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Preferred Skills:
The ideal candidate has prior experience in online trafficking, campaign management, bid management platforms, and active campaign optimization. A proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to client success are essential.
