Scientific Games is seeking a Business Analyst to join the team, and assist with various reporting, dashboard creation, administrative tasks, as well as analyze and report on various data. This will be a Hybrid role, located in Alpharetta, GA.
Position Responsibilities:
Ability to create, review, classify, categorize, prioritize, and analyze data.
Maintains file system of various files/records; prepares files, organizes documentation, and files documents in designated order; retrieves/replaces files; scans records into computer; shreds/destroys confidential or obsolete documents.
Conducts records maintenance activities in compliance with guidelines governing record retention.
Researches, compiles, and/or monitors administrative or statistical data pertaining to key customer contracts; summarizes data, performs routine data analysis, and prepares reports;
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Reporting Roll up.
Support investigation/research of unexpected/ high costs/travel
Track cost mitigation initiatives and provide updates.
Key revenue initiatives and tracking of pipeline opportunities.
Updating contract terms and profiles.
Updating customer information with regard to the following: key contract dates, customer contact information, account plans
Vendor Management: Creating and updating vendors.
Ensuring all Vendors are compliant and follow guidelines for the following: Women Based Enterprises (WBE’s), Minority Based Enterprises (MBE’s) , and Disadvantage Based Enterprises (DBE’s).
Tracking/logging state contract requirements
Developing and supporting sales presentations.
Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Education
Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
Position requirements and qualifications.
Two years of previous job experience in an administrative support role, analyzing and reporting on various administrative data.
Ability to export, translate, and present various data.
Proficient in Microsoft Suites experience: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams.
Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
Must have strong multi-tasking abilities and have the ability to prioritize tasks/duties.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Has a positive attitude and manages tight deadlines.
