Body Repair Assembly Technician

Tesla is seeking a Body Repair Assembly Technician in Oakleigh, Australia to join its groundbreaking Body Repair Program. The role involves assisting technicians in structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla vehicles (Models S, 3, X, & Y), following Tesla's repair procedures. Responsibilities include reassembling vehicle panels to as-new condition, testing reassembly for safety and operability, cleaning and polishing vehicles post-repair, and preparing them for customer collection. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious technician, ideally in the early stages of a panelbeating, painting, or mechanical apprenticeship, offering full support and training. The position requires 1+ years of automotive labouring experience, excellent communication, teamwork skills, a valid driver's license, basic computer literacy, and a willingness to learn.
