We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced end-to-end Business Intelligence developer, for the design and development of Enterprise BI solutions, including Data Processing, Data modeling and Reporting, mostly with Microsoft tools.

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across Varonis in order to develop and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions to enable business insights and decisions. You will be the subject matter expert in creating interactive visualizations and automated reporting to support shared business goals. You will be a part of a high-functioning and collaborative Business Intelligence & Analytics team.
You are responsible for
Business Intelligence Analytics & Reporting, mostly for Finance and Sales departments, including the following activities:
Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across Varonis in order to develop and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions to enable business insights and decisions. You will be the subject matter expert in creating interactive visualizations and automated reporting to support shared business goals. You will be a part of a high-functioning and collaborative Business Intelligence & Analytics team.
You are responsible for
Business Intelligence Analytics & Reporting, mostly for Finance and Sales departments, including the following activities:
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools available in the landscape including and not limited to Power BI and Fabric.
- Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, produce data samples/prototypes and produce ad hoc reports.
- Obtain and analyze data by accessing multiple sources.
- Demonstrate strong querying skills include SQL and DAX to enable agile data analysis and data preparation for front-end BI implementation.
- Provide technical assistance as necessary to end-users as well as development staff.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years as a BI Developer – mandatory.
- Development experience with BI tools – mandatory, Microsoft Power platform – advantage.
- Understanding of dimensional modeling and DWH concepts – mandatory.
- Fully proficient in SQL- mandatory, DAX – strong advantage.
- Familiar with Finance and Sales BI – strong advantage.
- Python – advantage.
- Experience with source control systems (TFS, Git, or other) – advantage .
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot data issues and technical challenges.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
