Responsibilities include safely operating painting tools and equipment, masking undamaged areas, mixing paints accurately, creating test panels, repairing paint surfaces using spray guns or brushes, inspecting paint jobs for flaws, maintaining equipment, adhering to safety regulations, and working flexible hours including overtime as needed. The successful candidate will participate in company training and perform other assigned tasks as required. The position requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
