Associate Specialist, Security, Safety, Fire, Health and Cast Services

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient administrative support for Director, Security, Safety, Fire, Health and Cast Services and the entire Security, Safety, Fire, Health and Cast Services(SSFH&CS) organization which include but not limited to procurement, budget control, scheduling, system administration, reports generation, organizing internal events.  

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support and manage the calendar for Director, Security, Safety, Fire, Health and Cast Services.

• Provide administrative support to the team. Act as the casual buyer for SSFH&CS. Purchase of items and services for the team. Handles Travel & Expense, leave record, expenses and reimbursement.

• Coordinate meetings and conferences, and travel arrangements for the team.

• Regular reports’ preparation and generation.

• Collect, sort, distribute incoming mails and other correspondences.

• Managing the filing system of the team.

• Budget monitoring, coordinate with Financial Analyst for monthly expenditure update.

• Organize team building activities.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills to both internal Cast Members and external clients.

• Good coordination and understanding of business priority are crucial.  

• Experience in running administration for a team of professionals and frontline staff.

• Ability to perform multi-tasks simultaneously and to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.

• Fluent in Cantonese and English. Knowledge in Putonghua preferred.

• Literate in MS Office, Outlook and SAP applications.

• Prior working experience in Hong Kong Disneyland would be an advantage.
