We are currently seeking a full-time Photographer in Pensacola, FL. This is a permanent role that requires travel to various properties within the area, with some in-office requirements.

As an Associate Photographer, you’ll play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives by capturing high-quality 3D virtual tours and photographs of both residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Photography & Virtual Tours: Capture stunning 3D virtual tours and photographs of homes, apartments, and commercial properties. Utilize advanced photography techniques to highlight the spaces in the best light.
  • Market Ownership: Navigate residential and commercial properties to ensure complete data coverage, identify new inventory, and capture commercial properties to expand the marketplace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments, ensuring client demands are met efficiently.
  • Client & Team Communication: Communicate professionally with clients, sales teams, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities and execute tasks strategically.
  • Safety & Representation: Adhere to safety standards to protect company equipment and vehicle. Represent the client in a professional manner at all times.
  • Team Participation: Join conference calls with sales and research teams as needed to ensure smooth coordination and task execution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional photography experience or a recent degree in photography.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Matterport is a plus, but training will be provided. Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and apps is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Data Accuracy: Ability to accurately capture and enter data, and learn new concepts like commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS.
  • Independent & Fast-Paced: Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
  • Field Experience: Preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit in a car, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Frequent hand and arm movements to operate camera equipment and type on a tablet or laptop.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, twisting, and carrying to complete tasks.
  • Ability to work outdoors and drive in all weather conditions.
  • Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
