We’re currently looking to hire an Associate Photographer in Chattanooga, TN for a full-time position. This exciting role requires travel to properties in and around the area, with some in-office requirements.

As an Associate Photographer, you’ll support marketing initiatives by capturing stunning 3D virtual tours and high-quality photographs of residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Photography & Virtual Tours: Capture 3D virtual tours and beautiful photographs of homes, apartments, and commercial properties, utilizing advanced photography techniques.
  • Market Ownership: Navigate through residential and commercial properties to ensure comprehensive data coverage, identifying new inventory, missing availability, and properties to be photographed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and ensure client demands are met in a timely manner.
  • Client & Team Communication: Engage professionally with clients, sales teams, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities, tasks, and initiatives.
  • Safety & Representation: Adhere to safety standards to safeguard company equipment and vehicle, while consistently representing the client in a professional manner.
  • Team Coordination: Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional photography experience, or a degree in photography.
  • Field Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Matterport is highly valued, but training will be provided for qualified candidates. Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and various apps is essential.
  • Data Entry & Learning: Ability to accurately capture and enter data. Quick to learn new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS.
  • Independent & Detail-Oriented: Enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent sitting in a car and standing or walking for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying necessary to perform job functions.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and drive in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
