We’re currently seeking a Sr. Analyst, Influencer Marketing for an exciting project with a global hospitality client. This role offers the opportunity to drive influencer marketing strategy and execution across a diverse brand portfolio, including influencer activations, creator partnerships, and inbound opportunities. This is a remote, six-month project for candidates based in Virginia, DC, or Maryland.
As a Sr. Analyst, Influencer Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving influencer marketing initiatives, enhancing brand presence, and adding cultural relevance to the marketing strategy. You’ll manage influencer requests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build lasting relationships with creators. This role is a perfect fit for a creative, data-driven professional passionate about the digital space, influencer engagement, and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for inbound influencer requests, evaluating creator alignment with brand values and managing internal communications.
- Identify new opportunities for influencer collaborations by staying current on social trends and emerging talent.
- Build and maintain a strong roster of influencers, emerging creators, and established talent across multiple verticals.
- Educate internal teams on best practices for influencer marketing through toolkits, playbooks, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Social, Paid Media, Brand Marketing) and external stakeholders (e.g., influencers, agencies) to develop impactful campaigns.
- Oversee campaign measurement, analyzing performance and providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Manage logistical aspects of influencer programs, including booking, travel coordination, payments, and FTC-compliant messaging for gifting initiatives.
- Keep abreast of brand goals and target audiences to recommend creators whose values align with the company’s mission.
- Develop and present strategies to key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital media, or influencer marketing.
- Strong experience working with influencers, creators, or talent management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to partner with influencers, agents, managers, and other external stakeholders.
- A self-starter with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and utilize data to drive decision-making.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed, with some travel (<10%) involved.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Khoros, or Sprout.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns at large-scale organizations or agencies.
- Previous experience in talent or agency management.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
Pay: $27 - $32 per hour (plus healthcare benefits + paid weekly)
