Key Responsibilities

Work on ESG consulting mandates including but not limited to Goal Setting, Materiality Assessment, GAP Analysis, Implementation Plan, Monitoring and Dashboarding, GHG accounting, Science Based Targets, Statutory Reporting / Sustainability Reports, ESG Rating
Will be part of the team focused on ESG mandates and also support other advisory and consulting mandates
Plan and coordinate the projects / mandates on a day-to-day basis and taking lead on client engagement
Have a target-oriented approach - ensure you meet the standards on both productivity and quality
Resolve any customer queries and ensure agreed SLAs are met
Work with internal stakeholders for any exception handling
Work closely with customers to enhance delivery and support infrastructure and processes
Develop sales collaterals along with providing inputs to the sales planning process
Actively participate in business development and sales meetings to drive the ESG agenda for India market

Key Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of successful customer engagement
Demonstrates the personas including product advocacy and ownership
Experience in ESG Consulting and Advisory is a must
Analytical Capabilities and Problem Solving
Excellent communication and decision-making skill
