Position Summary
- Must be certified or experienced in Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Time tracking, Learning, Recruiting)
- Should have minimum 4-5 Years of Workday Implementation and/or Support experience.
- Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of solutions according to customer requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
- Hands-on experience of configuring the Workday system is REQUIRED.
- Understanding of Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects.
- Strong functional knowledge in workday business processes.
- Knowledge in workday tools like EIBs, Advanced loads, migration recipes, configuration packages, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Workday Security.
- Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
- Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
- Must be able to resolve incidents and cases and provide production/warranty support.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
