Scientific Games seeks a Specialist Software Engineer with 6+ years of Dynamics 365 development experience. Must have strong knowledge of C#, SQL, and CRM processes. Experience with Customer Service module is crucial. Responsibilities include designing forms, workflows, and integrating D365 with other systems.

Position Summary

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design forms, workflow processes, flows, web services, plugins, canvas apps, model driven apps and other components needed to meet the business requirements obtained from users.
  • Building custom applications, modifications, integrations, data conversion routines, workflows, and custom reports for D365.
  • Executing ongoing maintenance of developed systems.
  • Demonstrable ability to leverage standard D365 features and ability to identify conditions when D365 should be customized.
  • Practical experience in translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the D365 CE platform capabilities.
  • Document, develop and test working solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of D365 applications.
  • Must have experience of Customer service module.
  • Ownership of timely deliverables.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree within a technical related field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Management Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics). Master’s degree would be preferred.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in development and maintenance of Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming languages like C# 
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDE
  • Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems
  • Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.
  • Ability to take business requirements.
  • Skills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
  • Skills on CRM processes in Manufacturing and / or Banking and/or Retail industries
  • Skills in at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field  Service, Marketing) .
  • Knowledge of the Dataverse
  • Experience in Software Delivery
  • Experience in Power Platform native components
  • Own timely delivery, ensure quality.

 

Good to have:

  • Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules , preferably on Customer service module.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Azure platform
