EA Create APAC is a highly-engaged content creation team within EA Worldwide Studios. We are creatively driven and focused on high end visual production across multiple genres and art styles. Roles and responsibilities:
You will help Create APAC engage with one of our key franchise partners and be accountable for the quality of the content and partnership.
Working with the team, you will brainstorm and pitch the direction, prove the concept and execute on the delivery. You are responsible for the making the commitment and completing the commitment. You will work with the art team on daily basis and coordinate with the design team.
You will communicate closely with franchise leadership and franchise AD group, to make sure we are always aligned with visual direction of the overall product.
You will report to Create APAC studio AD.
Skills
Have a solid experience of game art and game development, have shipped multiple game titles in the role of art director. Have a solid experience of providing art direction, able to showcase a direction to franchise leadership and push to an alignment.
Have a strong storytelling capability under a consistent visual language. Have the capability to leverage concept, 3D, lighting, VFX and audio to realize a designed narrative.
Have a diversified experience in multiple style and art domains, can lead a team to work on different genres.
Able to provide in time, effective feedback to the art team, make happen execution according to commitment. Able to maintain team health status.
Have a fluent English skill, able to run art presentation to both internal and external team.
10+ years in Game industry and 5+ years in senior roles (AD or Lead)
Team leadership experience, has effectively lead a team, preferred to have people manager experience.
