Junior Art Director

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Art Director to join our Digitas creative team. If you are a collaborative and motivated spirit, then this may be the place for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Senior Art Director in developing and executing creative concepts for various projects.
• Working closely with copywriters, designers, and other creative staff to produce high-quality, impactful advertising materials.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings.
• Developing visual design concepts for digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.
• Creating or overseeing the creation of storyboards, sketches, and layouts to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure all designs are executed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Contributing to the overall creative strategy and maintaining brand consistency across all projects.

• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Design, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in the creative industry.
• Strong skills in graphic design and layout, with a good eye for visual composition and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Positive attitude, highly motivated, with team spirit.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolios that demonstrate creative skills and a range of different styles and techniques. 
• Experience in UI/UX projects will be considered a plus.
