The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end process, from credit card lead creation to card activation, and building a high-performing team to support this critical function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for credit card lead generation, conversion, and activation
- Build and lead a team of professionals to support credit cards business, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Drive process improvements and optimizations to enhance customer experience and business efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment and maximum impact
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Meet and exceed business targets, including lead volume, conversion rates, and card activation numbers

Requirements:

- Proven experience in leading credit cards or related financial services business
- Strong understanding of credit cards industry, market trends, and customer needs
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive process improvements
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work across functions and levels
- Results-driven, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding business targets
