About the Team
Global Mobility Service team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee mobility process. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems and services. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their mobility.
Responsibilities
- Set up Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for immigration from a regional level and help to create a framework and overview of regional mobility;
- Organise discussion groups for each case and co-work with Policy, HRBP, business and vendors to find solutions;
- Offer expert advice on immigration risks, compliance with new immigration programs and deliver high quality immigration consultation services to employees;
- Develop subject matter expertise on the program and manage policy and process escalations;
- Lead APAC's strategic oversight of vendor services and build partnerships with mobility ecosystem stakeholders;
- Manage immigration vendors in all stages of execution to ensure a high level of service delivery with empathy and professionalism;
- Optimise processes and programs to address business requirements, increase efficiency and employee experience. - Identify opportunities to scale and improve operations to a world class standard across the hiring support team;
- Create and maintain documentation including process maps, training resources, and knowledge management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Preferred qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail;
- Experience in creating and improving process documentation;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and comprehensive way to the target audience without prior immigration knowledge;
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated collaboration skills with the competency to influence across all levels;
- Vendor management experience including large scale and regional engagement.
- Creative and strategic thinker, and where required able to resolve navigationally complex scenarios.
- Problem solver, with the ability to strive to find solutions and improve processes in the face of ambiguity.
- Good understanding of APAC immigration laws and regulations;
