Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. 

Well, what about the team?

The Enterprise Effectiveness and Efficiency department is a brand-new team for Bally’s and you will join at a critical time as the team starts to shape it’s foundation and kick off on new and major projects.

 The Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering qualitative and quantitative insight that will drive the company's success through supporting initiatives that focus on the optimization and transformation of organizational structures, processes, and systems as well as creating and sustaining people analytics capabilities used by both the People Team and the wider organization.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Working with the Executive Director and the wider Enterprise Effectiveness and Efficiency (EEE) team to discover, define and report on the “Enterprise Health Metrics”.
  • Support change and transformation initiatives with ad hoc insight, reporting, research and scenario modelling as needed that convert inputs intro insight that helps improve strategic decision making.
  • Work on research projects into industry and functional best practices.
  • Gather and ingest data and information from multiple sources including HR/People, finance, business KPIs, work force planning and departmental operational metrics to present initiatives with the information needed to make effective decisions.
  • Create sustainable reporting capabilities to monitor key change success metrics as initiatives dictate.
  • Partner with other analysts across the business on projects as appropriate.
  • Bridge the gap between analysis and insight and find effective ways to explain findings through simple visualisations and story telling that engages audiences and drives business outcomes.
  • Build a suite of reports and dashboards to provide key metrics and insights on People Data that can be scaled across the organization.
  • Automate and futureproof the process of collecting a reporting on People data and org health metrics.
  • Work closely with HR systems team on the people data roadmap.

      • Experience of working in an analyst / insight role with a focus on people analytics, workforce planning or organizational effectiveness.
      • Excellent data modelling and analytic skills.
      • Able to demonstrate the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
      • Able to present data both visually and verbally that engages the audience with the experience of presenting compelling stories around data to senior stakeholders.
      • Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting tools. Including advanced Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
      • Knowledge of Cognos and Tableau are also advantageous.
      • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to be self-directed in planning own work to proactively discover new insights and ways of working.
      • Curious with mindset of continuous improvement.
      • Experience of setting up an analytics function from scratch would be beneficial.
      • Good knowledge of people systems (we use UKG).
