As an Advertising Manager Intern at WeMoms (a Voodoo company), you'll support the sales team in prospecting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing partners (L'Oréal, Bel, Center Parcs, etc.). Responsibilities include taking briefs to understand advertiser needs, coordinating between teams (sales, planning, creative, project management), creating media recommendations and budgets with KPIs, participating in strategic meetings, and conducting market research. You'll work with major media agencies like Publicis and Dentsu. This internship requires strong B2B communication skills, creativity, and a passion for digital media. What you'll be doing
- Working with some of the biggest media agencies (Publicis, Dentsu...) and interact directly with multiple advertisers like L'Oréal, Bel, Center Parcs, and many others.
- Your main tasks:
- Supporting the sales team: Helping to prospect for new customers while maintaining relationships with our current partners.
- Taking briefs: Helping to understand the needs and objectives of advertisers so as to propose high-impact solutions.
- Inter-team coordination: Act as a link between the sales teams, strategic planning, the creative studio and the project managers.
- Media recommendations and budgets: Helping to create innovative media recommendations tailored to our customers' objectives, by drawing up budgets and associated KPIs.
- Participating in strategic meetings: Takes part in briefs, campaign reviews and key meetings.
- Market research and competitive analysis: Carry out research to refine our sales strategy and strengthen our market positioning.
What we're looking for :
- Education: You are a student at a business or communications school or in a similar field, and you are looking for an internship of at least 6 months.
- Autonomy and proactivity: You're able to work independently, take the initiative and don't hesitate to put forward new ideas.
- At ease with B2B: You're at ease with B2B, whether it's identifying contacts or communicating in a professional manner.
- Passion for the media: You're interested in the way brands communicate and follow the development of digital media with interest.
- Creativity: Curious and creative, you're always coming up with innovative ideas to improve our working methods and come up with original solutions.
