Job Description
As an Accountant Manager at Voodoo, you'll oversee accounting and tax compliance for 10+ entities, ensuring proper bookkeeping, monthly closings, and financial statement reviews. You'll interact with external auditors, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and manage tax declarations (VAT, Corporate Tax, CVAE). Leading a 7-person team, you'll set objectives, provide training, and drive process improvements, supporting digital transformation initiatives. Strong French GAAP expertise and experience in fast-growing environments are essential.

Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
Role
As an Accountant Manager, you will oversee the accounting and tax compliance of multiple entities while driving process improvements and managing a team.
- Accounting & Financial Oversight: Ensure proper bookkeeping, monthly closings, and financial statement reviews across 10+ entities ; Interact with external auditors and accounting firms ; Contribute to the budgeting and financial forecasting processes
- Tax & Compliance: Manage tax declarations (VAT, Corporate Tax, CVAE) and respond to audits from tax authorities.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a 7-person accounting team, setting objectives and ensuring continuous training.
- Process & Digitalization: Identify process improvements and support digital transformation initiatives.
Profile
- 7+ years of experience in Accounting
- Strong expertise in French GAAP
- Experience in fast-growing environments and team management.
- SAP By Design knowledge is a plus.
