Job Summary

Job Description

This role, WXG-HRBP, based in Guangzhou, requires a seasoned HR professional with 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include managing HRBP functions for WeChat's internal business teams, driving key projects, deeply understanding business needs, collaborating with company and BG functions to improve organizational capabilities, and assisting management with team development, talent management, and building a positive team environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, independent thinking, resourcefulness, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset. They should be comfortable working with and influencing various stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Must have:
  • 3+ years HR experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills
  • Project management expertise
  • Talent management experience
  • Organizational development skills

Job Details

Responsibilities
  • 1.负责微信内相关业务团队的HRBP工作及重点项目的落地与推动执行； 2.深入业务，能理解及洞察业务对HR的需求； 3.与公司及BG function协同，并整合资源推动部门组织能力的建设； 4.协助管理层进行团队发展，人才管理，组织氛围建设等，确保公司及WXG的工作方式及管理导向在部门的落地。
Requirements
  • 1.有3年左右HR工作经验，扎实的专业功底； 2.业务敏感度高，有较强的独立思考能力和HR洞见，能结合业务情况系统性思考提升组织能力； 3.人际理解力，整合资源能力和主动推动能力强，有成长性思维，愿意承担挑战并有长期主义心态。
