Our Workplace Experience (WX) team supports our employees and guests globally. We manage the offices and employee engagement to ensure a first-rate experience. The WX team members handle all aspects of managing our offices, enabling employees and guests to focus on being productive, collaborative, and impactful.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • The role reports to the Global Director of Workplace Experience within the Human Resources (HR) organization
  • Support the on-site Workplace Experience Manager at our busy headquarter office in Mountain View, CA
  • Create a lively, welcoming, and exciting office environment
  • Reception duties- work at front desk, welcome employees and guests, receive mail and packages, etc.
  • Be the friendly face that creates a top first impression
  • Event plan for office events, such as lunches and celebrations
  • Order and stock snacks and drinks
  • Organize and stock conference rooms and office supplies
  • Office communications to inform employees of needed information
  • Help with administrative tasks for the HR and WX team, along with some support for our executive team
  • Have an opportunity to learn about facilities management, vendor management, office management, budget management, and the work done by the HR team

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Able to work in our Mountain View, CA office daily- this is a 5 days per week in-office role only
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, and positive demeanor
  • Creates a positive impression of Egnyte for all employees and guests
  • Ability to multitask while being detail orientated
  • Flexible and adaptable to grow the scope of the role over time
  • Experience with standard business tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-suite, etc.
  • Some office/reception experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

COMPENSATION:

  • The standard starting base pay range for this position in the area is $30 to $35 per hour. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about our total compensation.
