UX Designer

Our team includes UX designers, a UX researcher, a UX writer as well as front-end developers and QA testers. We collaborate with various teams to create a range of products, including systems that support casino management (e.g., device configuration, financial analysis) and online digital entertainment platforms. Our projects are built using our very own in-house design system.

We’re looking for a UX Designer who has a very good grasp of the entire product development process and has experience designing web and mobile applications.

What you'll be doing:

• Participating in defining project requirements and ensuring that they are implemented in the final product
• Modeling solutions that meet user requirements
• Creating mockups and prototypes and verifying their effectiveness
• Working with various development teams and overseeing the realization of the product vision
• Promoting awareness of the design team's role in product creation within the company

What we expect:

• You understand the entire design process, including its various roles, and are able to adapt the current process to project needs
• You can independently model solutions according to usability design principles and information architecture to meet user requirements
• You can design user interfaces for web and mobile applications and clearly document the design
• You can keep up with current design trends
• You are proficient in using tools for creating and presenting mockups and prototypes (Figma/FigJam)

• Experience in independently executing commercial projects
• Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to present and justify your ideas
• Ability to analyze problems and find solutions independently
• Conscientiousness and the ability to organize work effectively
• A sense of aesthetics and principles of graphic composition
• Knowledge of web application components and (optionally) experience working with a design system
• Ability to work with teams using agile methodologies
