Job Description

ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for a Usability Specialist to assist in the Digitization of (self-)service and business models for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Health Insurance domain.

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Fluent in Dutch & English. Knowledge of French would be considered an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Listening skills to accurately understand user needs and feedback.
  • Ability to empathize with the end-users and understand their perspective.
  • Analytical thinking ability to identify and solve complex usage problems.
  • Experience working in large projects with more complex, multidisciplinary teams, including designers, developers, and product managers.
  • Team player who is open to feedback and can also give constructive feedback to others.
  • Ability to propose innovative solutions and ideas to improve the user experience.
  • Willingness to work on both desktop and mobile projects, including mobile applications.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector can be a great advantage, given the specific requirements and regulations within this sector.

Technical skills

  • User Research:
    • In-depth knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
    • Experience with user surveys such as interviews, focus groups, user tests, and surveys.
    • Data analysis and interpretation skills to gain actionable insights from research data.
  • UX Tools and Software:
    • Proficiency in using UX research and testing tools.
    • Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma
    • Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics & Hotjar
  • Information Architecture and Wireframing:
    • Understanding of information architecture principles and the ability to create wireframes and mockups.
  • Reporting and Presentation:
    • Proficiency in preparing clear and concise research reports.
    • Presentation skills to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
