About the job
The Unity Developer plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for developing immersive and engaging experiences for various platforms using Unity and C# programming. This role is vital in contributing to the creation of high-quality, interactive applications and games that captivate the audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create and implement innovative gaming experiences
- Develop and optimize code for various gaming platforms
- Implement game functionality as per design specifications
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high performance and reliability
- Participate in code and design reviews
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in game development
- Work on 3D modeling and animation
- Optimize game performance and memory usage
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in Unity development
- Proficiency in C# programming and object-oriented design principles
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling and animation
- Experience with game physics and particle systems
- Knowledge of mobile and console game development
- Ability to optimize code and implement optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of UI/UX principles in game development
- Experience with AR/VR development is a plus
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Passion for gaming and staying updated with industry trends
