Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Lithuanian-speaking Support Advisor to join their team in either Oslo, Norway or Copenhagen, Denmark. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, resolving roadside, technical, and service-related inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, ensuring consistent customer experiences, and contributing to a positive customer journey. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, an excellent communicator in Lithuanian and English (additional languages a plus), digitally savvy, a skilled multi-tasker, a fast learner, and a flexible team player. The role involves working shifts, including weekends, and requires a valid driver's license.

- A fast learner: We do not expect you to be a Tesla expert on day one and our dedicated training team will upskill you quickly. We do expect you to be eager to learn and thrive on new challenges
- Flexible team player: You like collaborating closely with different kinds of people and can work in shifts to support your team. This may include weekends as well as morning and evening shifts
- Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full valid driver’s license
