Operational Support – TechOps engineer (3-4 Years)

· Manage the operational performance of our production deployment.

· Ensure KPI and SLA adherence!

· Account management of some of our key commercial customers

· Relationship management with key internal teams and external suppliers

· Hands-on experience in running operations for a digital streaming platform.

· Collaborating professionally with senior leadership teams to communicate and update on operational challenges, issues and progress & how the team has been successfully navigating them.

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

Experience in SQL, AWS technologies, GitHub, terraform etc
Experience in Monitoring tools like, Coralogix, Newrelic. Grafana etc
Experience in JIRA/ticketing space, especially exposure in handling high priority issues.
knowledge in scripting languages like Python Willing to work in 24*7 environment, night shifts
need to have good communication skills

Even better if you have:

Knowledge of end-to-end video delivery technologies and an understanding of issues surrounding video playback an advantage.
Have experience in OTT workflows, especially on Content Delivery Network, Content Management Systems, video streaming, Server side and client-side ads, DRM
Experience with Wire-Shark and other supporting Tools
Experience working under pressure with the flexibility to meet the requirements of a 24/7 365 day per year operations team
Previous experience managing live incidents in an OTT environment.
Experience communicating with all levels of the business; able to articulate thoughts and influence senior key stakeholders.
