What you'll be doing:
As a Technical Program Manager at NVIDIA, you will have a key role in driving the planning, coordination and execution of NVIDIA's Compute Developer Tools. You will work closely with outstanding engineering teams to plan, coordinate, drive execution, and deliver innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating compute development tools releases with multi-functional teams across all of NVIDIA's hardware platforms to the full software stack
Hold regular sprint planning, scrum and retrospective meetings as you lead the team to plan incremental efforts within a regular sprint and release cadence.
Map external sponsor requirements directly to Developer Tools’ product plans, resource commitments, and schedules. Track results while resolving execution challenges.
Share in the success of a multi-functional team, in a matrix organization and the timely and fast paced delivery to challenging program objectives.
Drive process improvements within our organization by using NVIDIA’s Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) framework.
Demonstrate expertise with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies as you champion our Product Life Cycle processes.
Coordinate development efforts across a number of teams to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements while handling resource and schedule constraints.
Learn terminology and hardware/software technologies at the foundation of NVIDIA Compute Developer Tools solutions for GPU/CPU/Systems Debugging and Profiling.
What we need to see:
To be successful in this role, you must have a consistent track record in technical program management and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will have:
A history of success leading the release of complex SW with consistent timely results while serving a highly matrixed organization.
B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in Systems Software, with a focus on engineering projects.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a strict attention to detail, ensuring projects are completed with flawless execution.
Confirmed history of delivering complex products to customers across multiple platforms, with concurrent and inflexible schedules.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Background with GPU programming, CUDA, software development tools, especially debuggers, profilers, and code correctness tools.
Experience with JIRA, especially as a project or JIRA admin.
Experience automating processes and procedures.
Demonstrated track record of process improvement.

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
