As part of Autodesk's People & Places (PPL) organization, our Global Mobility team is on a mission to connect us globally and provide a high-level of support and guidance.  

We are seeking a Senior Global Mobility Program Manager on a contract basis to provide coverage and support during an employee’s leave. You will be a liaison who communicates effectively across the company and will be part of a small but mighty team who plays an important role partnering with key stakeholders across the business on all relocation, expatriate and mobility tax matters.  

You are a main contact and conduit who is adaptable and caring. You will not manage direct reports, but you will mentor, counsel, and guide more junior team members. You will report to our Director, Talent Acquisition Programs and Global Mobility. This role can be 100% remote in the U.S. or Canada. 

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee Autodesk's domestic and international relocation policies and programs, as well as global assignments 

  • Actively manage our relocation and tax provider vendor relationships, leading case calls, obtaining reporting requirements and monitoring contract SLAs 

  • Provide counsel and education to business stakeholders and employees on mobility and tax matters 

  • Collaborate closely with your immigration counterparts on matters where relocation and immigration overlap 

  • Together with relocation specialists, administer all day-to-day aspects of domestic and international relocations and expatriate assignments 

  • Partner closely with internal finance, payroll, stock, tax and legal teams on process improvements, compliance, and standardization of operating procedures  

  • Lead Mobility related project work, such as group move management 

  • Intake process feedback from stakeholders to identify key areas of opportunity  

  • May support M&A and global expansion work  

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Strong vendor management skillset  

  • 10+ years of Global Mobility or directly related experience. In-house experience required

  • Deep expertise in relocation, complex expatriate and mobility tax matters 

  • Experience managing relocations and complex expatriate assignments in a wide variety of geos 

  • Mobility budget management experience, including maintaining partnerships with finance/payroll for key processes such as forecasting and accrual  

  • Ability to identify root causes and creatively problem solve 

  • Willingness to accommodate multiple time zones 

  • Flexible, positive, confident, and proactive attitude  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree  

  • Experience with US/Global Immigration  

  • Prior mid-size company experience; tech industry preferred 

  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheets, Airtable, Monday.com  

  • Workday experience 

 

Timeframe: 6-9 month contract, starting as soon as December 1, 2024

Location: Remote in Canada or US

Vous serez un agent de liaison qui communiquera efficacement avec l'ensemble de l'entreprise et ferez partie d'une petite mais puissante équipe qui joue un rôle important en collaborant avec les principales parties prenantes de l'entreprise sur toutes les questions relatives à la relocalisation, à l'expatriation et à la fiscalité de la mobilité.

Vous êtes un contact principal et un canal qui s'adapte et est attentif. Vous ne dirigez pas de collaborateurs directs, mais vous encadrez, conseillez et guidez les membres de l'équipe plus juniors. Vous serez rattaché(e) à notre directeur des programmes d'acquisition de talents et de la mobilité mondiale. Cette fonction peut être exercée à distance à 100 % aux États-Unis ou au Canada.
 

Responsabilités

  • Superviser les politiques et les programmes de relocalisation nationaux et internationaux d'Autodesk, ainsi que les affectations mondiales.
  • Gérer activement nos relations avec les fournisseurs de services de relocalisation et de services fiscaux, en dirigeant les appels de cas, en obtenant les exigences en matière de rapports et en surveillant les accords de niveau de service des contrats.
  • Fournir des conseils et des informations aux parties prenantes et aux employés sur les questions de mobilité et de fiscalité.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec vos homologues de l'immigration sur les questions où la relocalisation et l'immigration se chevauchent.
  • En collaboration avec les spécialistes de la relocalisation, gérer tous les aspects quotidiens des relocalisations nationales et internationales et des affectations d'expatriés.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes chargées des finances, de la paie, des stocks, de la fiscalité et du droit pour améliorer les processus, assurer la conformité et normaliser les procédures opérationnelles.
  • Diriger les projets liés à la mobilité, tels que la gestion des déménagements de groupes.
  • Recevoir les commentaires des parties prenantes sur le processus afin d'identifier les principaux domaines d'opportunité.

Qualifications minimales
