Ideate, execute, and manage social IPs (e.g., series, challenges, campaigns) that align with STAGE’s brand voice and mission.
Ensure that every post, story, or campaign reflects a high level of cultural relevance, creativity, and engagement.
Plan and execute campaigns that generate buzz for new releases, leveraging regional insights and modern storytelling formats.
Experiment with new trends, tools, and platforms to create viral, relatable, and innovative content.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, creators) to align messaging and objectives across all initiatives.
Build a community of culturally invested users by encouraging participation through challenges, UGC, and interactive formats.
Respond to trends quickly, creating reactive content that drives engagement.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and adapt strategies.
Maintain a consistent posting calendar for all platforms, ensuring no delays or gaps in execution.
Oversee the end-to-end process for content production, from ideation to delivery.

Creative Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or other design and video editing software is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and familiarity with Haryanvi or Rajasthani is highly desirable.
Copywriting: Ability to write engaging, witty, and culturally resonant captions and copy.
Trend Spotter: A keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on trends, ensuring content feels fresh and relevant.
